Analyze historical sales data to support demand and supply planning in purchase order (PO) creation.
Develop annual, semi-annual, and monthly demand forecasts per SKU by considering trends, seasonality, and promotional activities.
Create ideal product buffer stock planning.
Generate purchase orders based on pipeline data and buffer stock requirements to support the S&OP process.
Conduct gap analysis between forecast, actual sales, and stock availability to identify potential overstock and stockout risks.
Analyze product sales movement to determine whether product switching or revisions are needed, with priority on items to be produced and delivered to the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and establish long-term planning aligned with market demand.
Support pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings by providing accurate data, analysis, and business insights.
Prepare reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and data-driven improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability aligns with the demand plan and lead time requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply planning.
(Preferably from FMCG Beauty or Consumer Goods industries)
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of forecasting concepts and supply chain processes.
