1. Shipping Methods

Orders with payments confirmed between 00:00 - 16:00 WIB will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 WIB will be processed and shipped the following day. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer than usual. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including the tracking details.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These offers will be applied automatically if your order meets the applicable requirements.
4. International Shipping
